In short

1. Who we are

Geunmumoya (“the app”, “we”) is a shift-work calendar app made by an individual developer in the Republic of Korea. Contact: lubest05@gmail.com

2. What stays on your phone

Your shift pattern, team, shift changes, memos, overtime and day-off work records, alarms, widget settings, calendar style and friends’ shared schedules are saved in the app’s storage on your phone. We cannot see them. Deleting the app deletes them. A backup file is created only when you choose to export one, and you decide where to save or send it.

3. What is sent off your phone

Always (to keep the app up to date)Ordinary web requests for public files: app version notice, company shift templates, notices. Like any web request, your IP address and device type reach the server.geunmumoya.com (Cloudflare)Showing update notices and templates. We don’t keep these requests linked to you.
When you use roster photo importInstall ID (a random number made by the app) and the outcome only: added to the calendar or not, number of cells added and fixed by hand. The decryption key is only inside the link you sent, so we can’t read it. Turning sharing off deletes it immediately.

Events, prize draws, push notifications and the web games in the app are available only in Korea and are not used outside Korea. If you use the app with a Korean language/region setting, the Korean privacy policy also applies to those features.

4. Your choices

5. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

On-device features need no legal basis because the data never leaves your phone. Encrypted schedule sharing is based on your request (contract). Ads are based on your consent where required by law. Data handled by Cloudflare and Google may be processed outside your country under their standard contractual clauses.

6. US state privacy rights (e.g. California)

We do not sell personal information. Showing ads through Google AdMob may count as “sharing” for cross-context advertising; you can opt out with the ads settings in section 4. You may contact us to ask what we hold about you — in practice we hold nothing that identifies you.

7. Children

The app is a work-schedule tool for adults and is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in your country). We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
